GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE AND PROVIDERS

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

Throughout these terms, "we," "us," or "our" refers to the applicable entity based on your location and delivery address.

Our online shop is intended for buyers who have reached the age of 18.

All deliveries and services are provided exclusively under these terms. By placing an order, you ("USER") accept these terms. The contract language is English.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

·       Product presentations on our website are non-binding invitations to order, not binding offers.

·       By clicking "Add to Cart" and completing checkout, you submit a binding purchase offer. You may review and correct your order before submission.

·       After ordering, you'll receive an automated email confirming receipt. This is not an acceptance of your offer.

·       A binding contract is formed only when we: (a) send an express order confirmation, or (b) dispatch the goods to you. For advance payments, the contract is accepted immediately upon order.

3. PRICES

All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT for EU customers. Non-EU customers: prices exclude VAT; applicable taxes and duties are your responsibility.

We may change prices at any time without notice. Import duties for non-EU deliveries are your responsibility.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept the following payment methods:

·       Shop Pay – Shopify's accelerated, one-tap checkout

·       Bank transfer (pre-payment)

We reserve the right to offer only selected payment methods based on credit risk assessment.

For bank transfers, we provide our details in the order confirmation. Payment is due within 10 days of receiving order confirmation.

5. DELIVERY

We deliver to all countries listed on our website.

·       Orders placed Monday-Friday before 17:00 EET ship within 48 hours.

·       Estimated delivery: 5-14 working days.

·       Delivery from our Sofia, Bulgaria warehouse to your specified address.

·       If goods are unavailable at time of order, we'll notify you of expected delivery. For permanently unavailable items, we'll refund any payments immediately.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (for EU consumers only)

You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To cancel, inform us by clear statement (e.g., email) before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below.

Consequences of Cancellation:

If you cancel, we'll refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We'll use the same payment method as your original transaction.

We may withhold refund until we receive returned goods or proof of return.

You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost. You're only liable for diminished value if caused by unnecessary handling beyond what's needed to inspect the goods.

Exceptions: No right of withdrawal for:

·       Custom-made or personalized goods

·       Perishable goods

·       Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (health/hygiene protection)

·       Goods inseparably mixed after delivery

8. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If goods arrive with visible damage, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us promptly. This helps us claim against the carrier but doesn't affect your statutory warranty rights.

9. WARRANTY

·       Your warranty claims follow statutory provisions ($$ 433 ff. BGB).

·       For EU consumers, the legal warranty period is 2 years.

·       For business customers ($$ 14 BGB), warranty is limited to 1 year from delivery, with inspection and notification obligations.

10. LIABILITY

·       Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and under Product Liability Act.

·       We're liable for slight negligence causing injury to life, limb, or health.

·       For slight negligence breaching essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We're not obliged to participate in arbitration proceedings.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

·       If any provision is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid.

·       EU law applies, excluding CISG. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

·       For business customers, place of jurisdiction is our business address.
