You cannot return purchased products due to the fact that they are of personal care and hygiene use – once opened, they are unfit for use by another person. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased product as regards to damaged packaging or other, we will be happy to replace it with a new one. The personal evaluation of the products is not a reason to consider them unfit. So far for 4 years we have not had a single complaint.
