What we do and why we do it...
Elfeya Cosmetics offers natural cosmetics for face, hair and body and for everyone in the family – specialized skin care for babies 0+, pregnant, teenagers, women of mature age. We offer organic certified products and certified production of natural cosmetics for private brands. Our formulas are as clean as possible – they contain only the highest quality ingredients necessary for the effectiveness of the products and in maximum permissible concentrations. We do not use artificial preservatives, flavors, colors and enhancers.
Elfeya Cosmetics is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We offer series for our vegan friends and for the little ones, from day one after birth. We take care of problem acneic skin, we fight the signs of aging, stretch marks, flabby and dry skin. Each formula aims to solve a specific problem – to give you and your skin exactly what you need. We don’t like chemicals and synthetics, so you won’t find them in our products.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to deliver the products ordered through the site?
We maintain sufficient stock levels of all our products and provide same day shipping for orders placed before 10:00 AM. All orders placed later than that we ship on the next day. Depending on the workload of the courier companies, the delivery usually takes within two business days.
Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Everything that pregnant women use and consume should be in accordance with the recommendations of the obstetrician-gynecologist who monitors the pregnancy. We offer products with a completely nutritious composition and without allergens (for example Botanical Shake body balm), and which have no contraindications for pregnant and lactating women.
Do you offer products for newborn children?
Yes – our baby series is suitable for babies from the first day since birth. Whenever you start using a new cosmetic product for your child or yourself, take an allergy test. It is recommended that you do this by applying a small amount of the product to a small area of the skin – for example on the fold of the forearm, and wait 24 hours. In the absence of redness, it can be considered that there is no intolerance to it.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in a certified factory in Bulgaria according to the highest internationally established standards. Our batches are in small quantities and are produced in short intervals in order to maximize the freshness of the formulas.
Do you offer vegan cosmetics?
Yes. In the description of each of our products you will find information about its composition.
Can I return a product purchased through your site?
You cannot return purchased products due to the fact that they are of personal care and hygiene use – once opened, they are unfit for use by another person. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased product as regards to damaged packaging or other, we will be happy to replace it with a new one. The personal evaluation of the products is not a reason to consider them unfit. So far for 4 years we have not had a single complaint.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Our COSMOS ORGANIC certificate requires a detailed analysis of each product from the contents to the packaging, even the label and the glue used for the label. All our products come in recyclable packaging.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never.
Do your products contain synthetic agents?
No. Each formula is created with a carefully selected natural ingredients, some of which are natural preservatives and provide for the necessary durability of the product.
